Where exactly is the apartment?
It’s in Ghent, a two-minute walk from UZ Gent (Ghent University Hospital) and close to UGent Technology Park, with the city centre a short ride away. For the privacy of our guests we share the exact address once you’re in touch.
What’s included in the price?
Everything: rent, electricity, gas, water and 500 Mbps Proximus fibre internet are bundled into one simple monthly amount. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped — just bring your suitcase.
How much is the rent?
The all-inclusive rent is €1,720 per month — covering rent, electricity, gas, water and 500 Mbps fibre, with no agency fees. The first month is paid by bank transfer or in cash before arrival; any following months are due on the 1st of the month.
What’s the minimum stay?
One month minimum. Stays of three to twelve months are ideal — it suits clinical rotations, fellowships and research visits particularly well.
Who is the apartment for?
Mainly visiting clinicians and medical fellows at UZ Gent, researchers and staff at UGent and the Technology Park, and professionals on assignment in Ghent. It comfortably sleeps up to two people.
Is there parking and bicycle storage?
Yes. There is free on-street parking right outside, plus secure indoor bicycle storage.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
The apartment is non-smoking, and we are unfortunately not able to accept pets.
Is there a deposit?
A security deposit applies and is fully refundable at the end of your stay. We’ll share the details when you enquire.
Are there any agency fees?
None. You deal directly with the owner — no agency, no middlemen and no booking fees.
How do I book?
Send your dates through the booking form or on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and the all-inclusive rate, and once you’re happy we’ll arrange the lease and check-in.
